Shipping policy

When purchasing our products there is an initial shipping fee. If you send in a return request or a request for store credit to our email, info@vicarvenetia.com, you may be compensated for shipping with a return address. Approval of a request is for products that arrive damaged or that you did not receive the accurate items for your order.
